Prior to launching Genesee, Stephanie spent over five years in structured finance at RBC, where she worked on more than $3 billion in leveraged credit transactions, developing a strong foundation in institutional client relationships and complex transaction execution. Earlier in her career, she worked on an institutional equity sales and trading desk, supporting investor relationships and delivering market intelligence to institutional clients. Today, she brings that strategic discipline into the creative world with Genesee. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Stephanie is passionate about working with founders and brands across markets to create premium campaigns that blend art direction, technology, and advanced AI production.
Zaira Vazquez is the Co-Founder of Genesee
With a background in marketing and analytics across high-growth startups and global tech companies. Zaira has built her career at the intersection of strategy, culture, and data - driving growth and shaping how brands show up in the world. Zaira’s work has consistently focused on multicultural audiences, particularly within the U.S. Hispanic and Latino markets. Zaira has held key roles at companies committed to serving underrepresented communities, helping develop brand positioning and campaigns that are culturally relevant and business-driven. Zaira has also contributed to go-to-market strategy, creative direction, and cross-functional planning to support long-term growth.Fluent in English and Spanish, she brings a thoughtful, strategic lens to everything she builds at Genesee - grounded in insight, culture, and clarity.
